Castle Ramp Flat - Refurbished and extended.

This 1 bedroom apartment was converted to a 2 bedroom with an extension over a void to allow for a full size bath and shower room, the flat was in need of a complete gutting out of the damages. Wooden floors rotten and collapsed ceilings, also the wall rendering was in a dire state or missing. Render suffers considerably from excess water ingress, as did all the wood that received the constant dampness. Completely refurbished and replaced with modern materials, with new plaster rendering, new electrical installation and new plumbing fitted throughout, completely turned this run down apartment to a new modern property.

Castle Road Building - Refurbished and Extended.

A building in need of a complete gutting out due to the damages of time and the elements, the dire condition required complete interior remodelling, floors and roof demolition, with reinforcements of the building structure. Modern materials adding concrete floors and an extension on the roof to accommodate an extra floor.
A total of 3 apartments and a Penthouse with a private garage and gym.

Castle Rooftop Gardens - Complete new extension for 5 apartments and terraces

Castle Street Building - a ground plus 2 storey block extended 1 floor and terrace rooftops. The development was a development with complicated access where a scaffolding bridge was erected to deliver materials all by hand and trolley. The project was shadows by the Covid 19 restrictions so a slight delay took the completion to 2 years. All in all, we completed a very attractive and practical development that offers plenty off outside space for the enjoyment of the tenants.
